- Served as mediator in 83 cases under the Supreme Court of Nevada’s Designated Eviction
Proceedings order; 1 of 5 mediators selected out of 100+ mediators to provide feedback of the
eviction mediation program to the State Governor in Dec 2020, Feb 2021, & Aug 2021
- Served as a conflict coach to 5 individuals in one-on-one sessions
- Mediated 34 balance billing disputes between hospitals and insurance providers for the
Texas Department of Insurance’s Independent Dispute Resolution program
- Mediated 11 State Bar of NV fee dispute cases
- Coached 6 cohorts of UNLV Boyd Law students on the process and techniques of mediation
- Convened parties to 21 mediations for Equal Employment Opportunity discrimination charges
- Served as mediator in 68 community, divorce, eviction, and small claims court cases for the
Neighborhood Justice Center (NJC), with up to 11 participants per case
- Coached 6 cohorts of NJC mediators-in-training on the process and techniques of mediation
- Co-facilitated 8 victim-offender juvenile cases, including family group conferences, in a
restorative justice diversion program of the Las Vegas Justice Court
- Mediated 8 family and divorce disputes for Southern Methodist University’s Conflict Resolution
Center, and adhered to Center’s teaching model by debriefing with observers (9/13 – 3/14)
